From December 4 to 6, employees of Phuong Nam Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company took part in a meaningful journey to Lien Huong Commune, Lam Dong Province (formerly Binh Thuan), and Vinh Hy Bay — a destination where thinking, action, and emotion came together through a series of programs, including the workshop “Building Trust – Strengthening Team Cohesion,” a tree-planting activity under the program “One Million Trees – For a Greener Vietnam,” and collective teambuilding activities. Each program was implemented with clear focus toward a common objective: develop people – strengthen teams – sustain the enterprise.

Workshop – Aligning Mindsets
The workshop emphasized the critical role of internal trust in leadership, coordination, and organizational execution.
