COMPANY DELEGATION VISITS, ENCOURAGES AND INSPECTS SPT THEMIS AT DUNG QUAT
From April 8 to 10, 2026, Company delegations led respectively by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Linh – Director, together with Mr. Nguyen The Anh – Standing Deputy Director, along with key managers, technical and safety officers, and representatives of the Trade Union and Youth Union, visited SPT Themis at Dung Quat, Quang Ngai to extend support, present gifts, and inspect the vessel’s docking activities in accordance with the approved plan.
During the working sessions, the Company’s Management conducted a comprehensive inspection of the vessel’s technical condition, reviewed the progress of repair and maintenance works under the docking scope, and received detailed reports from the vessel’s command team on implementation status, advantages, challenges, as well as recommendations related to technical, safety, and crew welfare matters.

The delegation also met directly with and encouraged the crew members working onboard. The Management acknowledged and highly appreciated the crew’s strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and dedicated efforts in coordinating with the shipyard to ensure docking progress while strictly complying with all safety and technical requirements throughout the process.

Addressing the meetings, the Director emphasized that docking is a critical task, playing a decisive role in ensuring the vessel’s operational quality and safety in the upcoming period. He therefore requested the vessel’s command team and all crew members to continue upholding their responsibility, closely follow the plan, strictly control repair quality, avoid any complacency, and ensure full compliance with maritime technical standards as well as stringent requirements from international oil and gas clients.
In addition, the Director urged the crew to maintain good health, strengthen labor discipline, and uphold safe working conditions, ensuring the vessel is ready to resume operations with optimal efficiency immediately upon completion of docking.
In an open and constructive atmosphere, the delegation listened to the crew’s concerns and aspirations, while also sharing the Company’s development orientation in the coming period. The Management reaffirmed its commitment to continuing investment in fleet expansion in line with the strategic plan, creating more job opportunities, improving income and working conditions, thereby enabling seafarers to remain committed and develop their careers sustainably.
Regular visits and inspections during docking have become a valued tradition of the Company, contributing to strengthening the connection between shore-based management and shipboard operations, while demonstrating the Management’s genuine care for employees. This also serves as a key motivation for the crew of SPT Themis to continue striving for excellence, ensuring safe and efficient vessel operations, and meeting the increasingly stringent demands of the market.
