On August 22–23, 2025, Southern Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company successfully organized the training program “Applying AI at Work” for all office employees. This is an important activity within the Company’s digital transformation strategy, aimed at equipping staff with essential knowledge and skills to apply artificial intelligence (AI) in practical work, thereby improving productivity and work quality.

The course was carefully designed and focused on practical content, including:

• An overview of AI and global development trends

• Common AI tools supporting office tasks, content creation, data analysis, and project management

• Hands-on practice in applying AI to specific work scenarios at Phuong Nam

With guidance from experienced technology lecturers from FSB Institute of Management and Technology – FPT University, the program not only provided new knowledge but also inspired a spirit of learning, innovation, and creativity among participants. Through a combination of theory and practice, learners were directly instructed on how to interact effectively with AI, develop prompt-writing skills, and integrate multiple AI tools for complex, data-driven tasks—helping them quickly approach and utilize practical AI applications.

In an era of rapid technological advancement, mastering AI tools is no longer optional but a necessary requirement for adaptation and growth. This training program helped Phuong Nam employees better understand the potential of AI and how to effectively leverage supporting tools to optimize workflows, save time, and improve output quality.
