In an atmosphere of seriousness, democracy, and high responsibility, on the morning of October 31, 2025, Phuong Nam Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company successfully organized the Company Trade Union Delegates’ Conference for the 2025–2030 term.

This important political event marked a new stage in the development of the Trade Union organization — a period focused on renewing operational content and methods, while further promoting its representative role in caring for and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees.

During the Conference, delegates reviewed and evaluated the performance results of the 2023–2028 term, analyzed advantages, challenges, and lessons learned, and accordingly set out directions, objectives, and key solutions for the new term. The Conference also elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term — outstanding and dedicated representatives entrusted to continue leading employee movements and advancing Trade Union activities toward more comprehensive development.

The success of the Conference reflected the strong spirit of unity, responsibility, and consensus among the Party Cell, the Board of Management, the Trade Union Executive Committee, and all officers, union members, and employees of Phuong Nam — individuals who consistently stand together to build a strong collective, striving toward stability, sustainable growth, and a prosperous future for the Company.
