On September 3, 2025, the Party Cell of Southern Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (PVTrans SPT) held its September 2025 monthly meeting under the chairmanship of Mr. Nguyễn Đình Thanh, Party Cell Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors. The meeting was conducted with seriousness, compliance with regulations, and alignment with the guidance of the Party Committee of PVTrans as stated in Official Dispatch No. 59/CV-TVĐU on continuing innovation and improving the quality of Party cell activities in the new period.

During the meeting, the Party Cell focused on discussing and implementing several key contents:

1. Innovating and improving the quality of Party cell activities in connection with political tasks and business operations of the Company:

• Thoroughly disseminating Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025 of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate and improve the quality of Party cell activities in the new situation.

• Implementing Plan No. 02-KH/ĐU dated August 14, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Energy & Industry Group and Plan No. 06-KH/TVĐU dated August 18, 2025 of the Party Committee of PVTrans on carrying out Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025.

2. Communicating and disseminating the results of the 4th Party Congress of the Vietnam National Energy & Industry Group for the 2025–2030 tenure, in connection with the 50th Anniversary of the Group (September 3, 1975 – September 3, 2025):

• The Party Cell presented the full video report on the results of the 4th Party Congress of the Vietnam National Energy & Industry Group (PetroVietnam) for the 2025–2030 tenure.

• Introducing the article “Reviving PetroVietnam’s Culture for Vietnam’s Sustainable Development,” published in the People’s Army Newspaper on August 13, 2025, helping Party members better grasp the values and significance of the Group’s core culture throughout its 50-year development. 3. Launching the first online contest on studying the Party’s Resolutions for officials and Party members, following Official Dispatch No. 379-CV/ĐU dated August 18, 2025 of the Government Party Committee, contributing to raising awareness, enhancing theoretical knowledge, and consolidating political steadfastness among cadres and Party members.

4. Implementing the communication plan to promote synchronized, rapid, and effective digital transformation, meeting the requirements of organizational restructuring within the political system.

The meeting took place in an atmosphere of seriousness, honesty, responsibility, and solidarity. Many practical contributions demonstrated initiative and creativity, helping to improve the quality of Party cell activities and reaffirming the role of the Party Cell as the political nucleus within the enterprise.

Through the meeting, the Party Cell of Southern Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company continues to uphold the tradition of unity, consensus in will and action, and continuously enhance the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization. The Party Cell remains determined to successfully fulfill all assigned political tasks and business objectives, contributing positively to the sustainable development of PVTrans and the Vietnam National Energy & Industry Group.
