On the afternoon of December 30, 2025, Phuong Nam Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company solemnly held the 2025 Production and Business Review Conference, the 2026 Business Plan Deployment Conference, and the 2026 Employees’ Conference. This important political and operational event reflected the professionalism, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility demonstrated by the Company’s leadership, employees, and workforce throughout its journey toward sustainable development.

Attending the Conference, representing PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation (PVTrans), were Mr. Pham Viet Anh – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Duyen Hieu – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, and President & CEO; along with members of the Board of Directors, the Executive Management, and leaders of PVTrans departments, offices, and affiliated units.

The Conference Presidium included Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Linh – Company Director; and Mr. Dang Thanh Hai – Chairman of the Company Trade Union. The event was also attended by members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, heads of functional departments, and delegates representing employees and seafarers across the Company.

At the review session, the Company’s leadership conducted a comprehensive and objective assessment of the 2025 performance results amid a market environment marked by fluctuations and significant challenges. The report highlighted the decisive and effective leadership of the Board of Directors and the Board of Management, while affirming that unity, discipline, responsibility, and dedication among employees formed the solid foundation enabling the Company to maintain stable operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and gradually enhance its competitiveness.

The Conference also reviewed the Trade Union’s activities in 2025 and outlined key directions and tasks for 2026. Matters directly related to employment, income, working conditions, and employee policies were transparently presented and openly discussed in a constructive spirit of respect, responsibility, and consensus. This reaffirmed the Company’s consistent commitment to comprehensively caring for both the material and spiritual well-being of employees, continuously improving the working environment toward stability, safety, and humanity, thereby motivating employees to remain dedicated, strive for excellence, and strengthen long-term engagement with the Company.

Based on the achieved results and the directive remarks of Mr. Pham Viet Anh – Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PVTrans, the Conference reached consensus on key objectives, tasks, and solutions for 2026. The overarching orientation focuses on maintaining discipline, enhancing governance quality, accelerating digital transformation alongside human resource development, thereby maximizing internal strengths and proactively adapting to continuous changes in the next stage of development.
