From December 4 to 6, employees of Phuong Nam Petroleum Transportation Joint Stock Company took part in a meaningful journey to Lien Huong Commune, Lam Dong Province (formerly Binh Thuan), and Vinh Hy Bay \u2014 a destination where thinking, action, and emotion came together through a series of programs, including the workshop \u201cBuilding Trust \u2013 Strengthening Team Cohesion,\u201d a tree-planting activity under the program \u201cOne Million Trees \u2013 For a Greener Vietnam,\u201d and collective teambuilding activities. Each program was implemented with clear focus toward a common objective: develop people \u2013 strengthen teams \u2013 sustain the enterprise.<\/p>\n

\nThe workshop emphasized the critical role of internal trust in leadership, coordination, and organizational execution.
