As Petrovietnam celebrates its 65-year journey of building and development, the \u201cI Love PETROVIETNAM: 65 Years of Preserving the Legacy \u2013 Powering the Nation\u2019s Energy Future\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0contest is being launched across the entire Petrovietnam system.<\/p>\n The contest aims to inspire employees to explore, connect with, and take pride in the values, milestones, and achievements built by generations of Petrovietnam employees throughout its 65-year journey – from the first \u201cFlame Seekers\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0to its position today as a National Energy and Industrial Group.<\/strong><\/p>\n More than a knowledge competition, this is also an opportunity for every SPT employee to gain a deeper understanding of the \u201cshared home\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0they are part of, while recognizing SPT\u2019s own contributions to the broader Petrovietnam journey.<\/p>\n Two Stages of \u201cI Love PETROVIETNAM\u201d \u2013 Continuing the Journey Together<\/strong><\/p>\n The contest consists of two stages<\/strong>, each highlighting a different chapter of Petrovietnam\u2019s 65-year journey:<\/p>\n Stage 1 \u2013 \u201cPreserving the Legacy\u201d<\/p>\n Time: September 14 – 25, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n This stage offers employees an opportunity to explore Petrovietnam\u2019s history and development, key milestones, values, and legacy passed down through generations \u2013 from the early aspiration to discover oil resources for the prosperity of the nation to the generations of \u201cFlame Seekers\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0who persistently laid the foundations for Vietnam\u2019s oil and gas industry.<\/p>\n Stage 2 – \u201cPowering the Nation\u2019s Energy Future\u201d<\/p>\n Time: October 5\u201316, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n Building on the story of Petrovietnam\u2019s legacy, Stage 2 focuses on the Group\u2019s achievements, strategic directions, and aspirations for future development – including the \u201c5 Assurances\u201d<\/strong> mission, the \u201c5 Firsts\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0achievements, and its three key development pillars: Energy – Industry – High-Quality Technical Services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n How to Participate<\/strong><\/p>\n The contest will be conducted online, with a simple format designed to make participation accessible to all employees:<\/p>\n * Each stage consists of 30 multiple-choice questions and 1 prediction question<\/strong>, with a maximum completion time of 15 minutes<\/strong>. #Prize Structure<\/p>\n * Each stage<\/strong>: The top 10 individual participants will receive the title of \u201cFlame Keeper\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0(Stage 1) or \u201cEnergy Builder\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0(Stage 2), with each title accompanied by a prize of VND 5,000,000<\/strong>. \n* Each participant may take the test up to 2 times per stage<\/strong>. The system will automatically record the highest score for ranking purposes.
\n* The contest will be conducted via Microsoft Forms<\/strong>. No Office 365 account is required<\/strong> – participants only need a smartphone or computer with an internet connection.
\n* In the event of a tie, completion time and the prediction-question result<\/strong>\u00a0will be used to determine the ranking.<\/p>\n
\n* Overall prizes<\/strong>\u00a0(based on results across both stages): 01 Grand Prize (VND 15,000,000<\/strong>), 01 First Prize (VND 10,000,000<\/strong>), 02 Second Prizes, 03 Third Prizes, and 05 Consolation Prizes.
\n* Team prizes<\/strong>: Units will be evaluated based on participation rate, the percentage of employees completing both stages, and overall performance.
